Xerox Ventures announces second investment in end-to-end contract lifecycle management leader LinkSquares in Series C financing

NORWALK, Conn., April 4, 2022 – Xerox Ventures, the corporate venture capital subsidiary of Xerox Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: XRX), announced today its second investment in the AI-powered contract management platform of choice, LinkSquares, as part of the company’s $100 million Series C financing, led by G Squared, with participation from new investor G2 Venture Partners, as well as existing investors.  This investment brings the company’s total funding to $161.4 million, at a current valuation of $800 million.
